WHICH FIT IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
Choose the service that suits you:
COMPLETE FIT-OUT – £350
Our most comprehensive fitting experience.
The Complete Fit-Out is designed for riders buying a new Ribble who want absolute confidence before, during, and after purchase.
We don’t just adjust your position. We size you correctly, help you choose the right bike and components, oversee the build, and then fine-tune everything once the bike arrives. The result is a bike that fits perfectly from your very first ride.
This is the most comprehensive service we offer, removing guesswork at every stage of the process.
What’s included in a Complete Fit-Out?
Pre-fit screening and a full biomechanical assessment form the foundation of the process. Saddle position is determined using a smart caliper, while independent foot measurement and mapping are carried out using laser-guided tools, including forefoot tilt assessment. Shoe and cleat setup is completed using a laser-guided cleat jig to ensure stability and efficient power transfer.
Your current riding position is then fully assessed and measured using lasers and a G-meter. Crank length is evaluated, and your cockpit position is set up and replicated using adjustable stems and handlebar sizers, allowing the correct stem length and handlebar size, shape, and profile to be selected and confirmed. All adjustments are made using professional tools and equipment, adhering to manufacturer torque settings. Final measurements are recorded for future reference.
In addition, the Complete Fit-Out includes replication of your new Ribble’s geometry on your current bike prior to purchase, guidance on the correct bike type, sizing, and component selection, assistance with the purchase process so the bike is built exactly to specification, monitoring of the build process, and a second fitting appointment after delivery to confirm the final setup and re-measure your riding position.

Why should I get fitted for my bike?
Getting a bike fit can significantly improve your riding experience. It helps reduce discomfort, prevent injuries, and increase efficiency and power output. Whether you’re a casual rider or a competitive cyclist, a proper bike fit is essential for enjoying your rides to the fullest.
How long does it take?
A typical bike fit takes approximately 2 hours, depending on your specific needs and the adjustments required. Our goal is to ensure your bike fits you perfectly, so we take the time needed to get every detail right.
What do I need to complete a fit?
Your bike, cycling shoes, and your usual cycling clothing. It’s important to fit you in the gear you normally ride in to ensure the adjustments are tailored to your regular riding conditions. If you would like any additional bikes or shoes fitted at the same time, please have them available.
How do I prepare for my fitting?
Ensure your bike is clean and in good working condition. If you have any specific concerns or areas of discomfort while riding, be ready to discuss them during your appointment as the bike fitter will ask you all of this.
How much space do I need for the fit?
You’ll need enough space to set your bike up on a turbo trainer and our bike fitter will also have an exercise mat for you to undergo your biomechanical assessments. This is a rough area of 2 to 3 meters squared.
If you could also make sure that any valuable or precious belongings are removed from the fitting space and please ensure that any pets (or small children) are also kept away from the fitting area.
Is getting fitted at my home as comprehensive as at a studio?
Absolutely! Our mobile bike fit service offers the same level of expertise and precision as a studio fit. The advantage is that we bring this service directly to you, providing convenience without compromising on quality.
What if I need to cancel or re-arrange my fit?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
Who will complete my fit?
Ribble has partnered with The Bike Fitters to provide this service. For more information on The Bike Fitters, please see their website.
